Liability Waiver, Express Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability

The Peaceful Mother, LLC provides online coaching, workshops, guides, audio and video tutorials, and informative social media content.  The services provided by The Peaceful Mother, LLC are not provided by a Licensed Therapist, but rather a Parenting Coach and Addiction & Abuse Recovery Coach; however, these services are not intended to be a substitute for the advice and/or treatment by your health care providers; nor are these services to be received as mental health treatment. Furthermore, the needs of each child and parent are unique, and no service provided by The Peaceful Mother, LLC is intended to replace the advice of a healthcare and/or childcare professional.

In reading this waiver, you further confirm that:

1. You are the parent and/or lawful guardian of the child.

2. ​Acting on behalf of yourself, and to the extent allowed by law, you hereby waive and agree to release any claims or liability which you, your child, or your child’s heirs and successors may have or believe to have against The Peaceful Mother and its officers, employees, or agents for any injuries, losses or damages to your child, your child’s personal property and your personal property.   

3. You agree to be responsible for, indemnify, and hold harmless The Peaceful Mother, LLC from and against any claims, suits, judgments, or costs which may be brought against The Peaceful Mother, LLC, its officers, directors, employees or agents for the actual or alleged acts or omissions of you or your child.

 

In reading the above Liability Waiver, Express Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability in its entirety, you freely and voluntarily assume all risks of such Injuries and Damages and notwithstanding such risks, and you agree to participate in the services and workshops provided by The Peaceful Mother, LLC.
